Versatility and Flexibility

The intimus SSD Granulator is equipped with interchangeable sizing screens that allow users to select the level of destruction based on the sensitivity of the items being destroyed. For less sensitive information the SSD Granulator can be run with no screen for fast destruction that generates a particle size of about 5.8 mm wide by random lengths. For protection of more sensitive data the SSD Granulator can be run with one of the two included sizing screens to create particles of 5mm x 5mm or 3mm x 3mm.

Machine operation is simple and intuitive with all functions, including on, off, reverse and emergency stop located on the front of the unit and within easy reach at all times.

Recommended Uses:

  • Solid State Media such as SSDs, USBs, memory cards, smartphones/tablets (no batteries).
  • Optical Media including Compact Discs (CDs), DVDs, and Blu-Ray Discs
  • Small magnetic media such as credit cards, ID badges, floppy disks and certain magnetic tapes

NOTES:

  1. Remove any batteries from devices prior to shredding.
