The process of shredding paper create dust. In higher volume application like those that utilize intimus Industrial Shredders, the dust can become an annoyance for people in the shredding facility.
The intimus APU100 Dust Collector is an industrial vacuum system that exhausts this dust from the cutting system, as well as from underneath the conveyor belt which leads to the compacting chamber in 15 and 16 series shredder-baler combinations.
